Autumn Lake Healthcare at Norwalk’s Wound Care Team is under the direction of a Certified Wound Specialist who conducts weekly rounds. Our staff, comprised of Wound Care and Infection Control Nurses, a Dietitian, as well as Physical and Occupational Therapists, utilizes evidence-based practices and state-of-the-art equipment to treat all wound types including:

• Postoperative Edema & Pain

To accelerate healing, our comprehensive multidisciplinary program features negative pressure treatment, specialized air mattresses, infection control techniques, IV antibiotics, therapy, and patient and family education.
